Accomodation

Hotel rooms in several categories have been reserved for the S3T participants in Golden Beach Resort. All hotels are located within short walking distance (not more than 10-15 minutes) from the Conference venue.

Participants can make their choice of hotel accommodation by filling in the Registration Form and sending it to CIM address. All bookings and inquires should be addressed directly to CIM Ltd.

A deposit of one night is required in confirmation of hotel reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total hotel bill. The balance due should be settled upon arrival at the Registration Desk in Lilia Hotel .

Important note: There is still pressure for accommodation at the beginning of September at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and participants are advised to book at their earliest convenience by sending the form with the required first-night deposit (preferably before 20 July). The reservation will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. CIM Ltd. reserves the right to change the requested hotels to such of similar category if they are unable to confirm the first choice indicated in the Form.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

LILIA HOTEL ****

...is an elegant, spacious hotel with a wonderful position on the seafront promenade only few metres from the beach. Lilia Hotel disposes of 174 Double rooms, 55 suites and 1 VIP suite.All rooms have air-conditioning and are equipped with telephone, satellite television, mini-bar and hair-drier in the bathroom. There is a beautiful panoramic view towards the sea from the rooms' terraces. Some of the hotel services include outdoor swimming pools, room-service, dry-cleaning, beauty and health centre.

PARK HOTEL GOLDEN BEACH ****

The 4-star Golden Beach Park Hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet park area, only 200 m from the beach. The hotel offers 247 rooms with balconies and sea view. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, minibar, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone, bath, WC, hairdryer. For its guests the hotel has a main restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, conference hall, indoor, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor children's playground, kids club, balneology, mini golf and volleyball playground, health club with fitness, sauna and steam bath, laundry and dry cleaning, parking lot.

METROPOL HOTEL ***

.. is located in the central part of the Golden Sands resort, next to the beach. It offers excellent facilities for a pleasant holiday at the seaside. Metropol Hotel offers a total of 1 0 3 rooms and 23 suites. All rooms are with balcony overlooking the sea and the park, shower/WC, fitted carpeting, telephone, satellite TV, mini-bar. Hotel facilities include : a restaurant, lobby bar , room service from 7h30 until 23 h , exchange desk, shop, hairdresser, Pharmacy . There is an outdoor pool complex with facilities for children in front of the hotel and near the beach . It has a water slide and a snack bar as well .
