about visas for participants from the countries in Europe:

The citizens of all EC countries who intend to visit Bulgaria no longer than 90 days do not need visas.

Visas are required for the participants who are citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYRoM, Serbia and Montenegro, and Turkey. Please, contact Bulgarian Embassy in your country.
